Two logos submitted for 2008’s Graphic Design Degree Show at Gray’s School of Art. It was a pretty open brief and I played around with a lot of different ideas before settling on the final two.

I fell rather obviously on the idea of the school nurturing and growing the students and so the visual idea of a tree was a pretty quick decision. (more…)

A rebranding exercise to create a new feel for Amazon as if they were opening a retail location in Edinburgh. The bands of colour are a symbol of Amazon’s ability to encompass and include everything.

A series of images for future use for a book cover on the idea of lighting used in photography and how it can affect the viewers perception of the image. Inspired by this older post and bearing strong resemblance to the OS X default wallpaper. They kind of look like a distant nebula which was unexpected but cool.

Long exposure and colour changing juggling balls lighting a vinyl record. 30 seconds with 3 balls, I kind of expected it to come out white but it never does…

A recruitment campaign for Grampian Police, billboards, posters, banners the whole lot. The thumb shows the poster close up, a list of all the jobs possible within the force. The copy was the most time-consuming part by quite a way.

Physiotherapy re-branding, my development work looks quite nice so it’s all been uploaded as a pdf which can be downloaded by clicking on the image.
